ISO STANDARDS

The “ISO’’ standards for the International Organization for Standardization is a non-governmental organization founded in 1947, in Geneva, and present today in162 countries. Its purpose is to promote the standardization of products and services with the intent of helping to: improve internal processes, promote staff training, monitor the work environment, and verify the satisfaction of clients, employees and suppliers.

The adoption of ISO standards is advantageous for organizations, productivity and credibility, increasing competitiveness in both the national and international marketplace.

RIC has been certified since 2005 in the ISO standard 9001: 2000 and in November 2011, it received certification for ISO standard 9001: 2008.
